Facility Information
This modern facility was opened in 2007 and comprises of state of the art facilities. Within our sports centre we have two outstanding swimming pools which accommodate many activities. These exceptional pools are used for swimming lessons age 0+, aquacise, swimming clubs, triathlon training, pool parties, sports works disability club, our programme should hold something for everyone.

FITNESS ACTIVITIES
Swimming Lessons
Our lessons consist of 10 stages, ranging from total beginner (non swimmer)
to strong swimmer (completing lengths) Parents have the opportunity to purchase certificates to highlight achievement
Aquacise
This class has many qualities, not only is it vibrant and fun its very effective and by combining water with exercise it will enhance your all round physical fitness.
Aquacise is a medium to low impact class designed to provide cardiovascular conditioning, improved muscle tone, and improved balance.
It is a total body workout without the stress of land-based exercise which can play havoc on your joints! Non-swimmers are welcome as this class takes place in shallow water
